FREE Delivery To NSW
Free delivery is available for a range of AAQ products. For specific information, please refer to each product listing. We offer complimentary delivery of hoists, lifts, car stackers, wheel balancers, and tyre changers to metro depots in NSW.
Please note that if you choose the Free delivery option, you will need to collect the order from the depot within 7 days of its arrival. Make sure you have a suitable ute, trailer, or truck to transport the items. You can find details about the product packaging sizes and weights under the “specifications” tab of the listing (see image).
Before signing for the delivered goods, it is important to carefully check for any freight damage. This step is necessary in case you need to file a claim for damaged items during transit. Please be aware that items damaged during freight are not covered by the warranty.
Metro Business Addresses
Our delivery service is available for business addresses in the NSW metro area, provided that a forklift is available for unloading the order. Please note that, due to the size and weight of our products, we do not offer tailgate or courier deliveries.
If you have a forklift available at the delivery location, simply tick “Yes” for the option “I can supply my own forklift at delivery location” during checkout. Additionally, please enter the delivery address, along with contact numbers, in the Additional Information Box to ensure a smooth delivery process.
Regional Delivery
We understand that our customers may have regional addresses, and we are happy to offer delivery to such locations. However, to ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly request that you reach out to one of our team members for a personalised quote before proceeding with your online purchase.
Please note that for regional addresses, it is essential to have a suitable forklift available on site for unloading the order. If a forklift is not available, you will be required to collect the items from the depot. We regret to inform you that we do not provide tailgate or courier deliveries due to the size and weight of our products.
Spare & Replacement Parts
AAQ provides complimentary delivery to NSW for all replacement and spare parts. Depending on the items, we use reliable shipping partners like Australia Post or TNT. Our goal is to dispatch replacement parts the next business day, and delivery times may vary based on your location.
