Effortless Collection Process
To ensure a seamless delivery process, please note that if you select the Free delivery option, you will be required to collect your order from the designated depot within 7 days of its arrival. To facilitate the collection, ensure you have a suitable ute, trailer, or truck to transport your items securely. Detailed specifications, including packaging sizes and weights, can be found under the “specifications” tab of the product listing (see image).
Protecting Your Investment
Before signing for the delivered goods, we highly recommend carefully inspecting them for any potential freight damage. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we want to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. In the rare event of any damage during transit, please inform us promptly to facilitate a claim process. Please be aware that items damaged during freight are not covered by the warranty.
Enjoy Metro Business Delivery
Our delivery service extends to business addresses in the QLD metro area. However, please note that a forklift is required at the delivery location for unloading the order. Regrettably, we are unable to provide tailgate or courier deliveries due to the size and weight of our products. To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please indicate “Yes” for the option “I can supply my own forklift at the delivery location” during checkout. Additionally, kindly provide the delivery address and contact numbers in the Additional Information Box to facilitate a seamless delivery process.
Regional Delivery
We understand that many of our valued customers in Queensland (QLD) have regional addresses, and we are pleased to offer delivery services to these locations. To ensure a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask that you contact our team for a personalised quote before finalising your online purchase.
For regional addresses, it is important to have a suitable forklift available on-site to unload your order. This ensures that the items are handled safely and efficiently. If a forklift is not available, you will be required to collect the items from the designated depot. We regret to inform you that tailgate or courier deliveries are not available for regional orders due to the size and weight of our products.
