To ensure a smooth collection process, make sure you have a suitable ute, trailer, or truck available for transportation. You can find precise details regarding packaging sizes and weights under the “specifications” tab of each product listing (refer to the accompanying image).

Protecting Your Investment

We prioritise your satisfaction and want your order to arrive in impeccable condition. Before signing for the delivered goods, we kindly request that you thoroughly inspect them for any potential freight damage. In the unlikely event of any damage during transit, please notify us promptly so that we can assist you with the claim process. Please note that items damaged during freight are not covered by the warranty.

Convenient Metro Business Delivery

Our delivery services extend to business addresses in the SA metro area. To facilitate a smooth delivery process, we kindly ask that a forklift is available at the delivery location to unload the order. We regret to inform you that tailgate or courier deliveries are not available due to the size and weight of our products. During checkout, please ensure to indicate “Yes” for the option “I can supply my own forklift at the delivery location” and provide the delivery address and contact numbers in the Additional Information Box.
