Effortless Collection Process
When you choose our Free delivery option, we’ve made it easy for you to collect your order. Simply visit the designated metro depot within 7 days of its arrival to retrieve your items. To ensure a seamless collection, please ensure that you have a suitable ute, trailer, or truck available for safe transportation. You can find detailed information about packaging sizes and weights under the “specifications” tab of each product listing (refer to the accompanying image).
Protecting Your Investment
Your satisfaction is our utmost priority, and we want your order to arrive in perfect condition. Before signing for the delivered goods, we kindly request that you carefully inspect them for any potential freight damage. In the rare event of any damage occurring during transit, please notify us immediately so that we can assist you with the necessary claim process. Please note that items damaged during freight are not covered by the warranty.
Convenient Metro Business Delivery
Our delivery services extend to business addresses in the VIC metro area. For a smooth delivery process, please ensure that a forklift is available at the delivery location to unload the order. We regret to inform you that tailgate or courier deliveries are not available due to the size and weight of our products. During the checkout process, please indicate “Yes” for the option “I can supply my own forklift at the delivery location” and provide the delivery address and contact numbers in the Additional Information Box.
Regional Delivery
We understand that some of our customers in Victoria (VIC) have regional addresses, and we are pleased to offer delivery services to these locations. For regional addresses, it is important to have a suitable forklift available on-site to unload your order. This will ensure that the items are handled safely and efficiently. In the event that a forklift is not available, you will be required to collect the items from the designated depot. Please note that we are unable to provide tailgate or courier deliveries for regional orders due to the size and weight of our products.
