Yes, the Worksafe Design Registration number can be found on each product on our website with the exception of some of the single post, scissor lifts and car stackers, or equipment which is only are designed for domestic parking purposes and not to be installed in a workplace or for working underneath a vehicle.

No, all our hoists and car stackers are for indoor use only. Hoists and car stackers which are installed outdoors will void the warranty. We can however offer solutions for hoist and car stackers to be used in an outdoor or washdown application, please contact us.

Basically we know our product, we have been in the hoist industry for over 35 years.  We started out manufacturing vehicle hoists here in Australia and were one of very few Australian hoist manufacturers.
We do not import a generic Chinese hoist product but a product that is of superior quality and is made for the Australian marketplace.

Each line of AAQ hoists has different concrete footing requirements, see below for specific requirements when planning your new hoist install.

2 Post Hoists (6254A, 6214A, 167212E, 9000DD, 9000LS, 9500HD)
A minimum of 150mm concrete steel mesh reinforced (25-30 MPA) flat and level footing is required (Base Frames Available if concrete is under 150mm).

4 Post Hoists (10000T, 10000TSWX, 4000S2, 4000A, 163027, 600S2, 6435C-35) A minimum of 125mm concrete steel mesh reinforced (25-30 MPA) flat and level footing is required.

Single Post Hoists (167261, 167262, 167255)
A minimum of 200mm concrete steel mesh reinforced (25-30 MPA) flat and level footing is required

Motorcycle, Scissor lifts and mobile hoists
A standard 100mm flat level concrete surface is required to operate these hoists.

AAQ hoists can be purchased in either single phase or three phase depending on the model. Single phase models require a 15amp electrical connection. Three phase models require a 5 wire 20 amp three phase connection.

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of GST.

No, our installers are not licenced electricians and therefore cannot perform electrical connections to the equipment.  They can however test the equipment before they leave site for testing and demonstration purposes, providing there is provision onsite to test the equipment. 

It is recommended that you use Hydraulic ISO 32 or 46.

Yes, we carry a large range of spare parts and consumables. Most common spare parts are available on our website, if you cannot find what are looking for on the website give our friendly and knowledgeable team a call.

We offer free shipping to the Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane metro areas.  If you are located in Perth,  you can collect from our Bassendean warehouse.   We ship either door to door with a forklift onsite, or you can collect from your capital city freight depot.  For Darwin, Canberra and Tasmania, we offer very economical freight rates and would be happy to quote a price for delivery to these areas.  Click here to view our products.

There are no merchant fees if you pay via Visa or Mastercard.  We also accept direct deposit and cheque payments (subject to clearance).

Yes, 99% of the items on our website are available ex stock.  Occasionally we will have items sell out very quickly which means there will be a short wait for our new stock to arrive, generally from 2-8 weeks.
Special made to order items such as pit and rotary parking car stackers are custom made and therefore are not stocked items.

Shipping time varies, it usually takes from 4 – 9 days depending on where you are located.  We will email you a tracking number once your goods have been collected by the freight company

Please check for any freight damage prior to signing for the goods being delivered in good order and condition, to support a claim in the rare occasion goods are damaged in transit. SECURITY POLICY

When purchasing from teh AAQ website, card details are transmitted through a secure server using Afterpay, Zip Pay or Westpac. Card data is not hosted by Advanced Auto Quip after processing. or when purchasing from the AAQ Website, card details are transmitted through an application programming interface. Card Details are hosted byZip Pay, Afterpay or Westpac after processing.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or don’t perform as advertised. Refunds on orders placed via Zip will incur a non-refundable merchant fee.  The customer is responsible for all freight costs incurred when exchanging or returning items to our warehouse.

We ship most of our hoist and equipment products free using an economical rail service which only travels to the major capital cities.  We can offer quotes for shipping if you are located outside these areas, either door to door with a forklift onsite or you can pickup from the closest freight depot.  We only charge the onforwarding fee from the rail freight depot.
