The AL-HP2625 3 car stacker is a low-profile version of the popular HP2525, and is a fantastic option when roof height is limited. The HP2625 is designed to conveniently allow you to stack 3 vehicles when limited space is available. With a total lifting capacity of 4500kg (2500kg first platform/2000kgs second platform) and a generous headroom between platforms of 1600mm and 1850mm under the lower platform.

AL-HP2625 3 Car Stacker Operation

The HP2625 uses a much simpler and more reliable system than some competitors on the market, the lower platform is the master platform and is used to push/lift the upper platform up onto its locks.

Once the upper platform reaches the top of the column the four locks engage securing the platform in place. The lower platform is lowered down to the ground for the second car to be loaded. The lower platform can then be raised to the desired height.

A full locking ladder is incorporated into each column for the lower platform locks to engage in when rested. A safety limit switch will cut the operation of the platform at 1850mm from the ground. To take the vehicle higher simply turn the key switch back to center and back to raise – be careful when exceeding the safety limit switch height so accidental crashing of the vehicle to the upper platform does not occur.

Upper Platform Locks

Four locks on each column securely lock the top platform into place. The electronic actuated locks have a built-in pressure switch as an added safety measure should the lock not engage correctly.

Safety Limit

The HP2625 features a safety limit switch fitted to the column, this prevents the user from crashing the lower platform when loaded with a vehicle into the upper platform.

Lower Platform Locks

The lower platform is fitted with four locks on each corner which automatically engage with the locking ladder within each column when the desired lifting height has been reached.

Galvanised Drip Trays

The HP2625 is supplied with galvanised drip trays to prevent vehicle leaks to drip onto the below-stored cars. These are optional and do not have to be fitted for the operation of the car stacker.

3 Car Stacker Dimensions

The HP2625 requires a 5.35m roof height to accommodate the hoist and standard-sized sedan on the top platform. Be sure you have adequate space before purchasing.
